If for some other reason however, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your (clean, unworn) item in its original packaging to our address within 7 days of receipt; Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days for us to inspect the items to confirm they are eligible for exchange or return. Please indicate your reason for return. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.

Outgoing and return shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we can reimburse return shipping charges if an item is faulty or damaged. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for shipping loss or damage to returned goods. Ayessa does not refund international duties and taxes. If you are ordering internationally and want to ask for specific shipping details or methods, you must let us know upon ordering.

For refunds, your account will be credited within 5 days of receipt less any shipping costs incurred by Ayessa. You will be emailed a confirmation once the transaction goes through. If goods are unavailable for exchange, you will be reimbursed or given online store credit according to your will. All transactions will be refunded in the original payment method. Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue.
